I bought a MasterBlend Kit that is supposed to be 12 lbs but your company just sent 3 lbs. Your office is not accepting calls. If I have not checked it - I would have thought that is correct. But no, this is the 2nd time I had problem with my order from your company. If not corrected I will ask my bank to do a chargeback. After a quick email, PSG promised correction and delivered my orders quickly improving their reliability and credibility as a good store. Will definitely continue to support you. Thank you for providing immediate resolution to my concerns.

I purchased equipment and nutrients from Power Grow no complaints with the masterblend or the dwc. I purchased heirloom Black Krim tomato seeds from Power Grow. I germinated the seeds mid February approximately 4 months later I find they are not true to seed when the tomatoes are very small ranging from cherry tomato size to a little bigger than golf ball size. All red no black or dark green shoulders. I have grown Black Krim numerous times in the past these are not even close. This is a size eleven croc in the picture for scale.

I'm so grateful that we have such a high-quality distributor of agricultural retail products. They have great selection and customer service and they are willing to help you online or over the phone. I buy stuff here all the time and I'm very satisfied with my overall experience.

I’ve dealt with these guys for probably close to 4 years, and never once had a problem. They’ve always been very helpful and willing to answer any questions they can. It’s really the only hydroponic store in the valley too. So it’s nice they’re in town, buying bulk soil online is never cost effective either. So when they told me they could order 8 cubic feet of soil I knew I was in the right store. If they don’t have it they’ll order it and in a timely matter too. I’ll always shop here.

I love going here. I've been ordering from Devan (The owner) for months now and he always lets me know when my things are in. He never charges for shipping (always nice when on a budget). He has a small storefront, getting more things in as time goes by which is nice when you want something now and he can special order things for you too (has not once charged me any extra). I would highly recommend him for anyone interested or in need of anything hydroponic or regular dirt gardening
